If you thought the cliffhanger at the end of book one was brutal, don't worry—this sequel picks up immediately where it left off, and I was hooked from the very first chapter. The story somehow becomes even more addictive as everything unfolds. So much is happening at once, but every storyline connects in a satisfying way that it never feels overwhelming.
That plot reveal? Absolutely incredible. I genuinely couldn't believe where the story went, and the twists just kept coming. Every shocking moment felt earned, and I loved watching all the pieces click into place.
I'm also a sucker for anything involving the Underworld or Hades, so those elements made this book even more enjoyable. They added so much depth and atmosphere to the story, making it impossible to put down.
The twists and turns were top tier, the stakes kept getting higher, and now I'm left desperately needing the next book because I have to know what happens next.
