“LJ really delivered on the chaos, toxicity, and emotional messiness”
I have been waiting for Tom’s story ever since he was first hinted at in the series, and I just knew LJ was going to give us something messy! I had a feeling it would involve someone from the family, and when it turned out to be Enzo falling for Tom, I was more than ready for the chaos. And let me tell you, this book did NOT disappoint!
These two are so toxic with each other, and honestly? I ATE IT UP. The tension, the messy drama, and the way they keep falling deeper and deeper for each other had me completely hooked. There is something so beautiful yet tragic about watching them fall in love when they come from two different sides, knowing that being together is only going to make everything more complicated. Their relationship is a disaster waiting to happen, and yet I couldn't stop rooting for them!
The drama just keeps getting messier between them, and I was here for every second of it. Tom and Enzo are the kind of pairing that makes you want to scream because you know they are going to put each other through so much, but you also can't help wanting them to find their way to each other. LJ really delivered on the chaos, toxicity, and emotional messiness, and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you love queer dark romance with toxic dynamics, complicated feelings, and two characters who probably should stay away from each other but absolutely cannot, this one is for you!
