Dark romance books are always such a fun read, and Fractured Empire was no different! I have been waiting for Leon’s story ever since all the endless teasers in the previous books, and let me tell you, it definitely did NOT disappoint. I just love seeing how much Leon is willing to do for his sons and how he continues to show up for them no matter what. But seeing him fall for his wife? CHEF’S KISS!
Their relationship may have started as an arrangement, but the chemistry between them has been OFF THE CHARTS from the very beginning. I just knew these two were going to become something more as they continued getting to know each other and letting their walls down. There’s just something so satisfying about watching a relationship grow into something deeper when neither of them expected it to happen. Leon deserves his own romance story, and I absolutely love that we finally get to see him experience it. I ate this up, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with how his story unfolded!
