Their dynamic is chaotic in the best way and adds so much drama that it kept me hooked the entire time
— Abigail Books Addiction

It’s been a while since I last read a book from this author, and I went into this one with fairly low expectations—but I ended up enjoying it far more than I thought I would. From the very beginning, the messiness was top-tier and it never let up, which honestly made it even more gripping.

I really loved the tension and constant push-and-pull between the two main characters. Their dynamic is chaotic in the best way and adds so much drama that it kept me hooked the entire time. It’s the kind of story where the emotional stakes feel high in every interaction, which made the reading experience even more intense and satisfying.

That said, this book does deal with heavy topics, so be mindful going in. Overall, it was a messy, dramatic, and addictive read that completely pulled me in.
