The Love Fix was no different. I literally love it so much.

Did I immediately read this book as soon as possible when I received the arc a few months ago? Yes, I did. I literally will drop everything so I can read Jill Shalvis upcoming releases. I am obsessed with Jill Shalvis books. I can never read a bad book from her. Thankfully enough, The Love Fix was no different. I literally love it so much.

Let's talk about why I love this book so much:

1. I love reading about the rivals-to lovers trope in romance books. It gives an extra tension whenever former rivals see each other again and still remember why they dislike each other. It just creates the perfect tension and banter between characters.

2. The chemistry between the characters, Lexi and Heath, is just perfect. You already know that there is history between Lexi and Heath. And the constant banter between them builds their chemistry so much more.

3. The main character, Lexi, being her true self. I know some people don't like aloof or not emotional personalities since it's not approachable. And yet, it never affects Lexi as much as I would think it would. Lexi is just being her; nothing wrong with it.

4. The endless struggles between repairing sibling relationships. It's really true and relatable because sibling relationships can fracture and it takes time to repair them.

5.The endless emotional struggle for Lexi while she grieves for her mother. Lexi's relationship with her mother wasn't easy, especially when she passed away. It's hard to cope with unsolved feelings, especially when the relationship wasn't good in the first place.
