I absolutely love reading books from this author. At this point, it doesn’t even feel like a question anymore—I just know I’m going to love whatever she writes, and this book was no exception. It completely lived up to my expectations.
I enjoyed every single bit of it, especially the messy parts. The romance was beautifully done, and the slow burn was so worth the wait. Nothing felt rushed, and the emotions had time to settle and grow in a way that felt real.
The single-parent aspect was something I truly loved. The endless, messy family dynamics added so much heart and authenticity to the story. It made everything feel lived-in and relatable, like real life with all its chaos and love tangled together.
What really stood out to me was how realistic the falling-in-love felt. Yes, it was somewhat predictable—but in the best way. It was comforting, satisfying, and emotionally grounding rather than boring.
Most of all, I loved the main character’s journey. Watching her ask for more for herself, stand firm in her needs, and truly know her worth was incredibly empowering. This book reminded me why I’ll always come back to this author—because she writes romance with heart, mess, growth, and honesty.
A beautiful, emotional read that I enjoyed from start to finish.
