The mental health representation was handled with so much care and honesty, and it made their love feel even deeper and more real.
— Abigail Books Addiction

I don’t know how this author does it, but somehow they outdo themselves every single time. Immediate five-plus stars, no hesitation. This book left me in tears and in absolute shambles—I was emotionally wrecked, and I loved every second of it. These two hockey players were so unapologetically themselves, through and through, and the way they fit together felt inevitable. Like, there was never a universe where they weren’t meant to be together. Fate tried, the world tried, but nothing could keep them apart. They pull each other up no matter what, meet each other where they are, and choose each other again and again. The mental health representation was handled with so much care and honesty, and it made their love feel even deeper and more real. Tender, devastating, healing—this book owns my heart.
