So yes, I need book three. Immediately. Yesterday, actually.
— Abigail Books Addiction

I devoured this sequel the moment it dropped. After the way the first book ended, I was desperate to find out what would happen next—and let me tell you, what a ride. I thought I had theories, but this book threw me in directions I never saw coming. Truly did not expect it at all.

While the world-building takes a bit of a back seat this time around, the plot delivers. The stakes are higher, the twists sharper, and the tension? Off. The. Charts. I knew I couldn't trust one of the potential love interests—called it! And I loved being right. It's always the morally gray one, isn't it? They just do it best. The banter, the tension, the chemistry—it was everything. You could cut the air between them with a dagger.

The pacing starts off a little slow, but once it gets going, it goes. And then—that ending. What the hell was that?! I'm still reeling. It’s a massive cliffhanger and I already know I’ll be obsessing over it until the next book is in my hands.

So yes, I need book three. Immediately. Yesterday, actually.
